This product includes the GitLab CE application image and its compatible Ubuntu 24.04.3 LTS base, prepared during first deployment. You complete onboarding and maintain the environment.
Open http://localhost:8080 through an SSH tunnel. Read your unique root password from /root/GITLAB-DETAILS.txt. Set the required hostname, domain, HTTPS and backups before opening public access.
CI runners must be configured separately. The plan does not include GitLab paid tiers, managed runner capacity or a managed application subscription.
The plan cards show US-1 resources. The linked product configurator lets you choose an available location. Check the regional comparison on this page and verify the selected SSD and transfer allowances in billing.
This service has 3 resource sizes, starting with 8 GB RAM. Compare memory, CPU, storage and transfer for your workload, and allow headroom for concurrent tasks and growth. Larger resources do not guarantee a specific throughput.
A crossed-out price is the regular reference price for the same billing period. The larger price is the currently listed payable amount. Annual figures are full yearly totals paid up front, not monthly charges. Savings vary by plan; promotional plans do not receive an extra two-month discount.
