Using this website
This website presents ServerCone services and helps you compare plans. A service is ordered through the ServerCone console, where you review the selected product, configuration and applicable terms before confirming an order.
Prices and availability
Prices are shown in USD. Monthly amounts and full annual prepaid totals are identified separately. This static website reflects the catalog checked on 16 September 2026; the configuration page and final invoice are authoritative for availability, billing, taxes, options and any additional charges. Changing the price display here does not select the term in the console.
Server administration
Unless your confirmed order states otherwise, services are self-managed. You are responsible for operating-system and application updates, access security, appropriate permissions, monitoring and backups. Discuss additional assistance before purchase.
Application images and software
Application products include the image described on the product page. Owner setup, domain configuration, external account access, model credentials and ongoing maintenance are your responsibility. Third-party software remains subject to its own license and service terms. No third-party endorsement is implied by its name or logo.
Windows requirements
The current billing catalog does not list standalone Windows RDP packages. Dedicated Starter offers a Windows Server 2022 OS preference. Confirm licensing, user-session requirements and application compatibility before ordering.
Responsible use
Use the service lawfully and follow the acceptable-use policy. Do not use infrastructure for unauthorized access, malicious activity, illegal content or abuse.
Renewals, cancellation and support
Review the renewal, payment and cancellation choices presented in the console and your agreed service terms. Do not assume a refund, fixed provisioning time or service guarantee that has not been stated in your order. Contact support@servercone.com for a question about a service or billing.
