A few things worth knowing before choosing your next server.
What is included with an application VPS?+
Your selected application and a compatible Linux image are prepared during initial deployment. Complete onboarding, connect your own services or model credentials, secure access and maintain independent backups.
Are these managed servers?+
These are self-managed environments. You control software updates, access, application configuration and backups. Ask support about any special requirements before ordering.
How does ordering work?+
Choose Configure & order to open that exact product in the ServerCone console. BDIX links also preselect Bangladesh / Dhaka / BDIX. Review the resources, select your billing term and continue with your account.
How do promotional and annual prices work?+
A crossed-out price is the regular reference price for the same billing period. The larger price is the currently listed payable amount. Annual figures are full yearly totals paid up front, not monthly charges. Savings vary by plan; promotional plans do not receive an extra two-month discount. Select your billing term in the console before completing the order.
Which locations are available?+
Cloud VPS is offered in United States (US-1), with three Bangladesh / Dhaka / BDIX configurations on the BDIX page. All application families, Windows VPS and Dedicated Starter have US-1 options. Selected application sizes also offer Dhaka; check each service page for the different regional allocations. BDIX storage and transfer allowances differ from US-1, so compare the selected region’s details.
